How can custom software be this affordable?
We do not start from scratch. Your software is designed for your business, then assembled from components we have already built and tested. You pay for the result, not for development hours.
I do not have detailed requirements. Is that a problem?
No. A few pages describing your business, your processes and what you expect are enough to start. Send what you have: we will tell you if anything is missing.
Do you sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?
Yes. Email us your NDA and your terms before sending your requirements. We return it signed.
What if my needs change?
Your tool grows with you. Each new feature gets a fixed price based on its complexity, including testing, acceptance and go-live.
Where is my data hosted?
In Switzerland. The monthly licence includes hosting, backups, security and updates.
Do you also handle accounting and payroll?
No, and that is deliberate. Fabric5 covers all your business management except accounting and payroll, which follow strict standards (accounting law, Swissdec certification for payroll). Your Fabric5 software connects to your accounting and payroll software: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Abacus, Sage, SAP Business One, bexio and the other solutions on the market.
What if we have more than 200 users?
Write to us anyway. Depending on the complexity, we will make you a tailored proposal outside our packages.
